Laramar Group Announces Management Takeover of Atelier at University Park

DENVER, June 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Laramar Group, a premier national real estate investment and management company, today announced it has taken over management responsibilities at Atelier at University Park, a luxury mixed-use apartment community located in the University of Denver neighborhood.

Atelier at University Park features 252 apartment homes, 31,000 square feet of retail space and prime connectivity to the key attractions and job sectors in the Denver metropolitan area. The community is positioned midway between Downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center – a 10-minute commute either way – and within 3.5 miles of the high-end Cherry Creek shopping center.
